About Alicia

Tradition meets modern practice.

I'm Alicia and I believe that deep down, we all know what is good for us. Sometimes we just need someone to remind us.

After ten years in banking I realised at some point that I was living a life that didn't feel like mine. Full calendars, high expectations, always keeping it together. And somewhere in between this one question I couldn't ask out loud for a long time: is this really it?

I also know what it feels like when your body simply stops going along with it all. Migraines, stomach problems, no period, that heavy exhaustion that no amount of sleep can fix. And an eating disorder that made me feel like I couldn't even control that anymore. My body was showing me back then what I didn't want to admit to myself.

Yoga carried me through that time. Not because it fixed everything, but because it was the one moment in the day where I was simply allowed to be myself. No expectations. No performance. Just there.

That moment changed everything. It took me to India, where I completed my yoga training in Goa, 200 hours Multistyle and 50 hours Yin Yoga, and my Ayurveda diploma in Panchakarma, massage therapy and nutritional consulting. And then to Colombia, where I saw how yoga truly touches people.

Today I live what I so desperately needed back then. And I know how much courage it takes to make that first step.

Because I know myself what a full calendar feels like, and what it means to keep going when your body stopped keeping up a long time ago, I want to create one moment for you where you can simply breathe. Whether through yoga, an Ayurveda consultation or a personal lifestyle concept, I am there with a genuine heart.

Why this matters for companies

Before becoming a yoga teacher, I worked for ten years in financial services — responsible for executive coordination and leading an ESG certification programme. I know the pressure inside companies first-hand, not just in theory.
