Science meets Ayurveda

LAFA @ Work

I bring together three passions: Ayurveda, yoga, and business.

For ten years, I worked in a demanding corporate environment myself. I know the pressure. I also know the silence afterward, when no one asks how you're really doing.

My bachelor's thesis “Business Yoga and its impact on mental health in the workplace” is the scientific foundation of what I offer today. Born out of love for people, on-site in Brussels or remote for teams across Europe.

SILENT EXHAUSTION

The blind spot

People keep functioning long before they burn out. They deliver, smile in meetings, carry on.

That's exactly where I start. Not once it's too late, but as a steady, calm part of everyday work life.

PEOPLE FIRST

Why this matters for your company

In the end, a company is nothing more than the people who work in it.

When they're doing well, the whole team does well. That's not a phrase, I see it fresh every week.

Employees who feel seen stay longer. They're more focused, kinder to each other, more open to new things.

I don't bring this to you as another standard program, but out of a firm conviction: healthy people are the foundation of healthy numbers.

EVIDENCE-BASED & TRANSPARENT

What the science shows

For my thesis “Business Yoga and its impact on mental health in the workplace”, I reviewed international studies and interviewed six business yoga teachers.

The most important finding: consistency works, not the single session. And: Ayur Yoga doesn't replace therapy, I say that openly and deliberately.

ANCIENT WISDOM, REIMAGINED

Why Ayurveda

There are plenty of trends against stress right now. Ayurveda isn't one of them.

I don't believe in one method for everyone. Every person needs something different, and every person needs to be guided differently.

So it doesn't start with yoga, it starts with an honest question: How are you really doing? What do you personally need?

I call the connection between yoga and Ayurveda Ayur Yoga. Some need calm. Others need structure. Others need movement.

If you'd like, you can explore this further with a Dosha analysis, specifically focused on stress and pressure: this is how we find out which technique really works for whom. If you just want to join in, you're just as welcome.

I believe every person deserves to find their own way back to themselves. That's what drives me.

FOR YOUR TEAM

What I offer

Meditation for everyday life

The same for every team, remote or on-site

15 minutes of Mindful Minutes, every week, online, for everyone at once. Plus a monthly Ayurveda tip for your intranet or newsletter. Short, concrete, easy to apply.

The only difference: live yoga and massages

These are only available on-site in Brussels, because they require personal presence. Remotely, I still offer yoga, live and interactive via video, just without massages.

On-site in Brussels

One fixed day per week. Yoga for the whole team in the morning. In the afternoon, time for individual sessions: head, neck and shoulder massages, hand massages, and personal nutrition and lifestyle consultations.

Remote, for teams anywhere in Europe

Yoga sessions via video, live and interactive. Digital Dosha analyses, specifically focused on stress and pressure. Personal coaching for leaders, with no travel required.

As needed

Workshops on nutrition, stress and sleep. And wellness days, if you'd like to get to know me first, no commitment required.

TRANSPARENT & FAIR

The investment

Flexible, fully or partially covered by the company. In countries like Germany, this investment is often tax-supported through corporate health promotion schemes (e.g. §3 No. 34 EStG, up to €600 per employee per year). We'll clarify the exact details together.
